ASK Fitness and Performance is a full service fitness center and sports training facility located in Minot, North Dakota. Originally established in 1999 as a mobile Sports Acceleration Training Program, it has now turned into North Dakota's largest human performance center.

In 2005, ASK expanded into today's state of the art 20,000 square foot facility. Known for the reputation of delivering excellent customer service and quality products, ASK offers top notch personal training, tanning and massage, in addition to its general membership and human performance center.

In 2012, ASK once again expanded on its fitness offerings, as it became Minot’s first CrossFit affiliate training facility. CrossFit Minot boasts a training space of over 2000 sq. ft. complete with high end training equipment and a dedicated staff of Level 1 CrossFit certified trainers.

The ASK team is comprised of the most professional and experienced trainers and staff in the region. All of our top trainers hold a Bachelor of Science and have a passion for health fitness. ASK is always looking for qualified and energetic individuals to bring on to its team.
